Wild May Fruit Fly Attractant 5L

Product Description

Wild May is a male attractant; it works by attracting and killing all the male flies, including juveniles before they can breed.  Ideal for indicating activity of fruit fly and with prolong use will reduce the incidence of fruit fly damage significantly. Non toxic, can be used on organic farms.

Use four traps per hectare. Place 20 mm of Wild May Fly Attractant in the trap base, hang it in the garden and watch the males fly in for a final landing! Maintain your Wild May traps throughout the year to reduce the Queensland Fruit Fly population in your district as well as protect your fruit crops!

We do not stock the 20L but are happy to order in upon request.

  1. Wild May is Great!

We have 30 odd stone and citrus fruit trees. After trying many other products over the years with little success, last year I used Wild May fruit fly attractant. I was meticulous at checking pots and keeping attractant topped up throughout the fruiting season and kept several pots going throughout the winter. 99% success rate. So happy! Definitely recommend this product and love that it's organic. (5-7 litres with 2 pots in mature trees lasted me 12 months.)

We have used Wild May for two years and no fly in our tomatoes. We have had the pleasure of picking and eating our home grown tomatoes from November to June.....and not one fly. Best product ever!!!!

    Attracts Fruit flys, no worries

  4. Queensland fruit flies

I've been using this product for years and find that it attracts these pesky fruit flies so that my citrus fruit remains maggot free. And this is even though my neighbour lets his fruit rot on the ground after they have had their full of oranges.

  5. This is the gear

These mongrel Fruit fly's were nailing my Capsicum.
I have tried a number of other attractants, and I thought I was getting them. I would see a few get into the traps.. But all of a sudden the capsicums would start to deteriorate. Low and behold the Fruit Fly had stung them.. I started using Wild may, and the number of fly's in the trap was huge.. All of a sudden I would get a harvest-able crop with minimal loss.
